AMD / ATi Catalyst 7.11 Drivers

The new AMD / ATi Catalyst 7.11 drivers are out today for Windows Vista and Windows XP and Linux platforms. The Windows Vista package weighs in at just under 38MB and the XP version at 45MB. Grab them if you need them and, as always, let us know if you have any issues.

apparently these aren't for the new HD3870 or HD3850... i wanted to see some hd3870 going to attack some 8800gt's...

Yah they have official support for the cards, but this driver doesn't really do much for performance increases. It was mostly released to fix bugs from what I have seen/read. I assume 7.12 will include some performance increases and include the crysis hotfix.

Yah i was just waiting for a somewhat affordable card to replace the POS I had before, I guess AMD released their card at the right time and due to some reviews I had to get it. I guess AMD/ATI isn't dead to me anymore, this card is very nice.
