i just got my computer today, and it was unbelievebly slow. WHen im using the internet and scrolling down, its lagging like crazy! Also i hear this buzzing sound... is this natural?

K8N motherboard
512mb ram
and 64 3400
radeon 9600xt 256mb
western digital 120gb 8mb

Did you install the video driver or are you using the one that Windows supplies?

Easy, you didn't install the video drivers, and your sound input it messed a bit
