amd 3500 939 90nm?

ok, sry im asking all these questions, but im trying to inform myself, hehe

I see that amd has quite a few 90 nm chips now.

How much better would a 3500 939 90 nm be over a 3500 939 1.13 micron chip?

Is it a big difference? Does it work with the same mobos as the older ones?

if i get the 3500 90 nm, il hafta buy a heatsink, thatl cost me extra 20-30 bucks, is it worth it?
