Unhappy All in One Motherboard with AGP

A bit of a sad day at work today.
For the last 3 years, I have been using my AMD Athlon 900, and my boss is making me retire it.

Now the boss wants me to upgrade to an Intel P4 2.66 box.

On a sad note, I am being forces to conform with the rest of the office.... intel

A sadder note still, I will miss my AMD Athlone 900 as I have had many memorable years using it as my work station.
(sigh) All those hours of playing Battle Realms and Ragnarok when the boss was not looking.

And on angry note, it means that my work station is going to be more powerful than my home PCs.

Now considing that my boss is a cheap skate, he wants me to mave an all in one motherboard (VGA/SND/NIC)
Problem. I need Dual Monitors for my work, and I am currently kicking an ATI RADION(SOME NUMBER) 64Mb Video card that allows me to have the 2 monitos on my desk.

Out of the following motherboard company,
* Intel
* Gigabyte
* MSI
* Asus

I need the a motherboard with the following :-
* onboard VGA/SND/NIC
* AGP slot
* Intel Chipset (Prefered)
* Gigabit LAN (Optional)
* Must suit an P-IV 2.66Mhz CPU

Suggestions please

I favor Abit.Id go with intel for rock solid reliability.No internal sound card though not a good choose for a workstation.Bad me.
