Alright, I'll put together a better look at it plus a price tag later tonight, and start a new post, cause this one is off topic

Then I can ask questions of the wider forum community, and ask some more questions... I'll link you to the post, and thanks again for all the help... again, I AM still considering all options, this isn't in any way definite

I suggest you look up staticice.com.au, gives a great list of prices around australia. For instance, I checked out prices for the GPU CPU and RAM that you posted.
I can find a 5970 for $100 less than the link you posted, the cpu $90 cheaper, and the RAM for $80 less.

When I said I could get it $1000 bucks cheaper, I meant it
