Can someone tell me if Alienware laptops are any good? I hear different things from different people.

the top of the line $4000 ones are good; the $2000 alienware laptops are t3h sux0r

are you looking to buy a new laptop? if you are, what do you expect to do on it

i'm researching it for my brother-in-law. i think he is looking to spend between $2500-$3000.

alienware lappies are a good laptop. you can get really good performance outa them.

top of the line with 6800go ultra (this laptop even beats the desktop x800xt), and you should go with a gig of memory and maybe a bigger hard drive if he wants?

it even has $500 off, but that ends today

the go6800u barely defeated the x800xt pci-e using intel 3.2ghz

but then again, it's a benchmark, not a real game test
