Default AGP or PCI-Express?

Whats is better AGP or PCI-e?
the PCI-e's are cheaper for some reason but i heard their better
so im confused...i recently switched from intel 3.2GHz with Radeon 9600 pro 128MB to AMD 64 3000+ and a SLi Nvidia 6600GT 128MB.

what is better about the AMD 64 to the pentium? and also the AGP and PCI-e?

thanks for the help

Doubble the speed for PCI-E, cheaper interface and SLI capability's.

And about why AMD is better, check the AMD vs Intel sticky
