Default Advice on Mobo

Anybody have any idea if this is a good motherboard?

ASRock "P4S55FX+" SiS655FX Chipset Motherboard

Not familiar with ASRock, so was wondering if it was worth the price. ($50 @ newegg)

its just So So
as many manufacturers (OEM) like Dell, Fujistu, use companies like thes. as one can never put load on branded machines, so u cannot say that these are solid boards.

tell ur gf that u r on vacation for next 2 weeks (so no expenditure) and spend some more money and buy Asus.

SiS is OKKKKKKK, but performing chips are: Intel / VIA / nVidia / ATi (on both platforms)
Intel Core2Quad 2.66Ghz 12MB L2-Cache
4096MB DDR Kingston Hyper-X
GigaByte GA-P35-DS3R
XFX 9600GT AlphaDog
Seagate 2 X 320GB SATA2
LG L246WH Flatron 24"
