Access Denied on slave drive

Okay so I'm trying to back up all of the images from the slave drive which used to be a primary drive from another computer but it had a virus and I couldn't deal with the virus without the proper tools so I took it home and cleaned it up. The only problem now is that Windows is asking for it to activate and won't allow to log on to the computer if I try to back it up with that as a primary. So now I have a as a secondary and trying to access the administrator account which is the only account that's protected.

Is there a way to bruteforce my way into the folder?

You need to take ownership of the folder, for instructions see this link.
