when i run cpu-z it says

OCZ DDR-SDRAM PC3200 - 512mb.

is the "SDRAM" stuff written in there a bad stuff?? should i go get a different ram stick???

SDRAM is old technology.

Memory can now be written to and read from at the same time. You should be looking at getting some DDR RAM.

agex u have no idea what ur talking about dude it is DDR ram what happen is although its DDR its stil system dynamic ram thats why is says DDR-SDRAM you have som efast ass ram dude no need to upgrade capable of 400Mhz FSB but hey if u wanna listen to agex u can send me the stick ill keep it ill send u my addy

I agree with bxslipsk8718. agex do you know what you talkin about? DDR is still the dynamic ram . SDRAM is sooo much slower than DDR-DRAM. Like Bxslipsk8718, give me your Ram and ill give you some SDRAM. You should be ashamed of yourself agex you should have known that.
