well yea koldapu.. but ur tryin ta buy a AMD Athlon 64 FX-53.. and BIG TIME parts like that... no wonder ur savin soo long.. but when u get it, itll be TIGHT as hell!!!

by the time you get the money for an FX-53, Intel should already have their Socket-T processors out

Socket-T?? i havent heard of those.. whats the info on em.. when do they come out... im all for AMD tho

Intel haven't said much, there are a few socket T motherboards, the socket has 775 pins

there are a few different things about it:

1) Integrated Memory Controller (like Opteron / Athlon 64)
2) Dual Core
3) Wider System Bus
4) Integrated Memory Controller + Dual Core
5) Wider System Bus + Dual Core
