9800 problems... please help me

"VPU Recover has reset your graphics accelerator as it was no longer responding graphics driver commands."

I have an option to send an error report, but am not connected to the internet.

so I clicked "don't send"

Next I got

VPU Recover was unable to fully recover from a hardware deadlock, and has switched to software rendering. To restore hardware rendering, you must restart your computer. Do you wish to restart now?

I click no, and my graphics remain terrible.

The drivers are new, and I don't know why this is happening.

I am using a KT400, athlon 2500, 400 watt psu, 512 ram....

This happened when I was using windows explorer...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Start in save-mode. Remove all videodrivers. Reboot, install latest drivers.

I heard there was some problems with the ATi Catalyst 4.10 drivers, i had a few problems with it, so i went with the omega drivers, and works great.
