Default 9800 bad drivers?

I recently updated my drivers for my video card. And I've been getting weird graphical glitches when I play full screen games. Green squares on stuff, and it even shows up on my second monitor. Could this be caused by the new drivers? Is it possible to downgrade my drivers to the way they were??

Dell E1705
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0GHz T7200
2GB DDR2 667MHz
80GB 5400RPM HDD
256MB nVidia 7900 GeForce Go

What drivers are you using? The best you can use for the 9800 are 4.12 cat's or get some modded drivers.
