The ATi's X800XT will wipe the floor with this card, being that the 6800 Ultra (PCIe version) claims to be PCI express (effectively AGP16x) , it infact isnt, as the GPU passes its data onto an AGP chip which converts it to PCI express, therefore slowing it down. The ATi card wont do that it will be GPU -> PCIe no slowdown.
