The non-Ultra requires 54 watts or so, I believe.

the non utra 6800? it takes a few hundred watts. if i was running the ultra, id want at least 500 watts from a brand name with at least 24a on the +12v

according to the good old wattage calculator (http://www.jscustompcs.com/power_sup...or.php?cmd=AMD)
the 6800 gt uses 65W and 6800 Ultra 77W
