Default 64-Bit XP

I'm just wonderin.......does any1 have a 64-bit processor with the beta of Windows XP 64-Bit version? just wonderin how they run

I dont. Windows XP 64 bit edition only comes with Itanium 2 procs, far as I know. And unless you want to drop a few large on a worthlessly slow itanium (slow in 32 bit applications- almost no apps are currently 64 bit compiled) to get it, I dont think youll have much luck in getting it or finding a schmuck who has it.

but the beta version for athlon 64/opertons is out and ready for downlaod. i'd like know how it compares to 32 bit xp too. i just bought a athlon 64 as my new system
