60 second restart..

Heyguys, big problem.
My friend has a problem, he gets this window wile hes in Windows saying that windows will restart in 60 secs. I think there was a virus of this that hit everyone be4. Anyone know ho to fix it? i think it was called the blaster virus or somthing.

DSL software causes that too. If you installed poorly written software, it can cause that. Try what these people said and it that does not work, I would try to uninstall anything installed recently in safe mode. If that does not work, backup your data and reinstall
