No no it will work, it will just underclock to PC2100 speeds. Unless you can OC to get your FSB up to 400MHz. Besides the price between 512mb of PC3200 and PC2100 are mabye $5. You should just go with the PC3200, and let it underclock.

Well now that I understand that he should probably check the timings and latancy because then if the 3200 is going to be underclocked to 2100 then a 2100 would be just about the same, I say check the latancy and timings.
