OK I'm selling my PC to my friend for 430 USD and now I was wondering what I should get. I don't need Mobo CPU or Videocard I need RAM, HDD(s),Drive(s), PSU, but I still need some money left over for a case<-- not needed but it would be nice. specs mobo is DFI Lanparty-ultra D and CPU is 3200+Venice 939 soket. Most help is appreciated.

Get a 6600GT obviously and a thermaltake td-420AD and buy a cheap case.

Than spend however much you have leftover on RAM

Oh sorry I mixed up your list

Hard drives, get get any 8 meg cache 7200 RPM seagate or WD drive, size depends on how much you have

Western Digital is a good company. Also, I use GEIL value RAM, but you can overclock it quite a bit. Mine went form 400 MHz to 460 MHz or so. I'll show you the drives I have.

This one plays DVDs and CDs or whatever and is VERY quiet. You hear it rev up at the beginning, but then it is silent: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16827151212

This is one that plays, reads, and writes CDs and DVDs (+ and -). The only thing is that it is slightly loud when playing games, which is why I bought the quieter one also: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16827106965

shouldn't he get an OCZ modstream/powerstream ~500W just to be safe//in case he needs to upgrade in the future?

i got the 520w just in case i decide to put in a DC or some more power consuming vid cards but get a modstream i love it. not only does it perform good but it looks oh so fine lol. you have to see it light up to get the full efect lol.
