Is 400 watts enough for a modded case?

I have a 400 watt psu and I plan to have a max of 3 case fans and 2 cold cathodes.

And assuming I had, say 4-6 case fans and 2 cold cathodes, would I need to up the PSU?

what is the rated draw of the cold cathode

becasue a 400 seems to be enough for the stuff that you have with lots of room to add

Not sure if this is what you mean but its 12V. 2 of them at most.

Heh, I only have a 350 Watt PS, and it's the one that came with my case. Oh well, it's doing fine. Every now and then, like every other startup, it will make a really weird noise, I think it's the crappy fan. If I get some money I plan on buying some wires, a new power supply, a heatsink, and two more case fans.

No,I am currently workeing on a freezer CASE version,this should solve all problems.What do you reccomend as it's temp.
I thought 0 F.
My beer is fine at 42 F.
