Default 3dmark 2001 SE score question

i just ran the benchmark test and my score was a 6570. is this good or bad for my system? it seems like its kinda low the 2001 version, considering my system (check sig). i noticed that the framerates all maxed out at 60 fps though, i dont know if it is suppose to do that but it kept a constant 60 fps throught the entire benchmark. most of the games i run seem to max out at 60fps too and dont go any higher, (doom 3, WoW). could i have some kind of limiter on?

i found out whta my problem is.

i had vertical sync at always on, which i guess limited the framerate. going to run 3dmark01 and see my new score now.
