Ok so i just bought this card the fx 5600 ultra and i know every 1 here thinks ati is beter but hey its was 100 bucks cant go wrong i did a fresh FDISK and i ran 3dmark and i scored 2887 is that a good score?

Well, depends on the rest of your system. I score a 5070 on mine.

Its probably 3DMark2003. I got a 2500 with a 1.4Ghz Pentium-M, 128Mb GeForce FX 5650 Go and 512 Mb RAM.

3500 or above is considered "acceptable performance", but 2887 is still nonetheless good for a GeForce FX 5600 Ultra-class GPU. You could probably get it up to 3000 with some tweaking.
