Default 3200 vs 3500

sicne im finally getting around to building my new computer i was wondering if their is a really big performance difference between the 3200+ and the 3500+ cause their is a big price difference nearly 100 bux on pricewatch.

also is their anything wrong with say Corsair Value Ram, or someother brands Value Ram. Cause i heard that you should stay away from generic ram, and value just makes me think generic, am I worrying about nothing?

Value RAM isn't very good for overclocking and generally doesn't have very good latencies, you won't notice a HUGE difference though.
