200 GB hard drive, only 130 GB detected after installing

Hi, friends. I got a problem. I just bought a 200 GB hard drive. It is Western Digital. After I installed the XP. Gosh, only 130 GB could be detected. My mother board is P-4s8x-x(DDR333) and CPU is P4 2.4GHz 478

After I brought the HD to the retailer. They showed me the dectected result about my HD in their computer is 200 GB, But I still got merely 130 GB in my PC.

How come this would happened? was that my mother board's problem? If that so, what kind of mother board can support my new HD? How about ASUS P4 S 800-E Delux FSB 800?

Can somebody help me?

1) Did you install SP1?
2) Be sure the drive is formatted in NTFS (which I'm assuming, due to the fact 2K/XP have a 32 GB limitation for FAT32 drives, raw).
3) Be sure the BIOS can recognize it as 200 GB capacity; in some cases you may need an updated BIOS.
4) Update your HDD controller's driver.
