And the 4 pin as well, but any modern PSU will come with a 4 pin + 20 pin

Just to clear things up, you mean connect BOTH the 20-pin and the 4-pin to the motherboard?
This won't harm the motherboard?
Yes the PSU comes with a 4pin + 20pin.
