2 questions concerning video card

alright the first one is
what kind of difference am i going to notice from switching a 4x agp slot with an 8x agp card to an 8xagp with the same 8xagp slot?

and second question is
in my bios i have these options under my video apature settings and stuff
and what does fast write mean? which is Enabled
AGP Master 1 WS Write-Disabled
AGP Master 1 WS Read-Disabled
AGP 3.0 Calibration Cycle-Disabled

1. Small difference if anything Same goes for PCIE today's cards and games can't max the bandwidth really

what about the AGP questions on like the fast writing and stuff, i looked on google but the sites i did find that explained it jyst made it even harder for me to understand
