Default 2 good video cards but which is better?

haha, definetely the X600 XT is better, but you need the new intel motherboards that support pci express (not your regular PCI)

if you dont have that . . . then get the 9800pro

No, only 925/915(Alderwood/Grantsdale) have the option for PCI Express and those are rather hard to come by
