thats using a DMM? How did you test load? Like 3dmark or prime 95?

Yea its fine.

the 12V rail can be in the range of 11.4-12.6

I used a Fluke 179 DMM, and used Intel Burn Test.

Not to step on any toes but I found an interesting article about a week or so ago (looking for something completely different of course) and figured I would throw it in here for you guys. Personally I barely understood it, I normally just listen to you smart gents.
