is it only for certain cards or somethin, or dont worry??

It means you can only use 0.8v and 1.5v graphics cards in the AGP slot I think. Check the specifications of the card before buying to make sure you get the right sort. I think you can get 3v cards as well, but they won't wok in that slot, is that it's saying.

ive looked around and some cards that it says only supports 8x only support 1.5v cards, and 4/8x boards seem to support 0.8v/1.5v.

is it just that 8x cards are 1.5v or something

am i right here

can someone fill me in?

^does this even make sense?

If your in the market for an AGP video card you need to look
at "YOUR" motherboard and determine if it supports .8v, 1.5v,
or 3.3v etc, and 1x, 4x and/or 8x bandwidth. Your motherboard
likely offers a few options for both the voltage and bandwidth.

To find what AGP voltage and bandwidth(8x)your motherboard supports look at the User's manual. When you determine what
voltage AGP slot you have, buy a video card that works at the
same voltage/bandwidth your motherboard supports.

Some AGP video cards are backward compatable and though
they operate best at 8x they can operate at 4x but the voltage
is crucial, know this for sure, only buy a card your mobo supports.

If your system has no warning measures to let you know you
are installing an AGP card that operates at a different voltage
than your motherboard supports you can damage your system.
