Your 350 series is not associated! (Cisco Aironet)

Hi

I'm tearing my hair out because I can't get my wireless card to work on my laptop after being forced to reformat Windows thanks to a dodgy hard drive.

As far as I can tell, I've downloaded all the firmware on another computer and transferred it via USB sticks, and it can read that my network is out there. I've got the right SSID and WEP keys, but it won't connect.

On the client utility screen, it says at the bottom that Your 350 series is not associated.

How do I associate the thing?

Please help...

Are you using WEP or WPA on the router? What about the card? Have you ensured that your key is correct?
