xClio A380 case psu mounting

I have recently had to send my psu back to scan for a replacement as it went faulty. they have sent me 2 x replacements since and neither of them fit the psu mounts on the back of the case. Im starting to think i might have unscrewed a blanking or mounting plate for the psu when i took the old psu off and maybe left it attached to the psu itself by mistake.

I have been looking online and i cant find anything to say what size psu needs to go in it or if there is a mounting plate. If you have one of there cases and can check if there is a plate or know what size psu i need, please reply.

What case do you have? There is only a back bracket on some cases. So it's not common.
