Revert back to stock and OC the right way, instead of the cheap way

I already did that sorta I think.
You mean go back into the BIOS and put it back to normal? I did that but still the same problem.

EDIT*
I think I diagnoised the problem. I took out one RAM stick and turned it on, and then it worked. So it might be the RAM or the slot. I'll switch the slots that there in.
