Default Would the following 700w psu be able to power gtx 260 sli & core i7?

Newegg.com - OCZ StealthXStream OCZ700SXS 700W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies

Output +3.3V@36A,+5V@30A,+12V1@18A,+12V2@18A,+12V3@18A, +12V4@18A,-
12V@0.8A,+5VSB@3.0A

This is the psu I have with the computer i'm upgrading from. I already have one gtx 260 and would like to buy another one to run in sli along with a i7 920 processor overclocked as high as I can get it. The gtx 260s will also be overclocked. I will have one blu-ray player, one 7200 rpm hdd, two usb devices, and no additional pci cards or sound cards.

My overclocked processor will draw around 348 watts load @ 3.7 ghz. That's like twice as much as what yours would.

Its really Amps thats important.

Hmm, you said the q6600.. i'm at 3.1 btw, is 40 more than your i7. so you sould be fine.

You have 4 18A rails, I've got 1 @58A.

Maybe some i7 owners could comfirm it.
