Word Cannot Display FOnt

I have a flashdisk and I just saved a document. I tried re-opening the document and it says that I have insufficient space on my hard drive and that Word cannot display font. My PowerPoint documents work just fine. But, my word documents are not fine. THe only thing that I notice different is that when I click on my removable disk icon in "MY Computer," it says, "FAT SYSTEM" instead of how much memory space there is. OH yeah, I forgot to say that even though it said I had insufficent space, I really had 96% on my disk. I have no clue what the problem is.

Try copying the file back to the HD and then opening it.

This could be a few problems...
If the save to disk didn't work.
post what kind of machine you took the doc from and what kind of machine you are trying to open it on...
Also... I have seen toooo many times that the flash disks corrupt files.
