wont boot up

computer ran fine last night and i shut it down when i went to sleep. turn it on this morning and it beeps like its happy and everything is great but it wont go past the quickstart screen. i cant enter BIOS. i can only see the (quickstart screen) so i dont even know what it is doing. the keyboard & mouse arent responding seemingly

i suspected the cd drives and unplugged both of them as well as the 9-in-1 usb reader and that didnt solve the problem. externally there is nothing else plugged in

any ideas guys?

if your keyboard is loose then your computer will stop there until you plug it back in, did it say your keyboard was loose?

the connections were all secure. i had both comps turned off when i was booting this one so i counted out the KVM switch since it had been working fine last night especially when only one comp boots up at a time

well...not this morning apparently. i just booted up no problem with no keyboard, mouse or KVM switch

i knew there was a reason why i never really liked these
