Default Wireless PC Control Pad GGE910 problem

Ok so i bought this new wireless controller at wal-mart and i have an issue with it. This controller has 2 anologue sticks and the second one is messed up. The second anologue stick when moved presses buttons on the controller instead of moving around normally. For example
--1
4 --2 - controller buttons
--3
these are the buttons on the right side of the controller similar to the ps2 controller X Circle Square and Triangle

O-representation of the right anologue
<O-anologue pushed left presses the button 4 on the controller
O> -anologue pushed right presses button 2
^
O-anologue pushed up presses button 1

I think you get it now? So i need to somehow callibrate my controller so that the anologue moves and not presses buttons.
