Winxp Running Winxp Running Slowly

I have P4 system.
I installed winxp prof,Drivers,Off,Nav2003,Adobe photoshop,Dreamweaver,FlashMx Microsoft Antispyware,etc....

Intel 2.4,Intel M.B,256Ram,60gb,

But some time it is giving problem.Running vvslowly.

When i delete cookies and Temp files, onces Restart that time it is running fine.

Any one give me helpfull sugessions.

When it runs slow, press ctr+alt+del and check the performance. tell us what you get, plus are you opening more the one application at a time?
