Windows Not Starting (Possible Hard Drive Problem)

I don't know many legit sites that may have windows 7 original download.
However I can offer you this:
Windows 7 Home Premium Download

Read through this carefully and follow exactly what they say.
If you're still wanting the original contact microsft directly:

I already have those downloaded and burned to dvds (I installed the x64 one), but I've run into the problem of it apparently not coming with networking hardware. So, I'm unable to set up my wifi to download drivers and ect.

You'll need to download the drivers on the computer you're able to access now, copy them to a flash drive, and then install them on the new Windows install.

Alright, thank you. I'll need to wait until I can borrow one, but I'll let you know when I get everything up and working. I can't thank you all enough for helping me through this.

If you don't have a USB drive, burning to CD's would work as well. Would just take longer lol.
