windows keep mini and maximizing

I bought this Toshiba Satellite A105 new and since it was new almost everytime I click on a link or such the window will suddenly minimize or maximize on its on. I click the link again and sometimes it will go to the desired site or it may just maximize. I have spent many hours on the phone with tech support - downloaded bios for the keypad, updated bios for windows, installed windows again, even sent the blasted thing off for nearly a month and they installed a new hard drive but presto, it keeps doing it, driving me batty. Has anyone heard of this issue... have an answer? Boy, I really hope so.
