Well since you have non-matching pairs, it's possible you're receiving that DQS message from that.
You have 800MHz RAM and 667MHz RAM mixed and according to your board's specs, it's recommended that you use one of the following frequencies:
Support Dual Channel DDR3 800/1066/1333 MHz
So it's possible your memory controller doesn't like the lower speed (or even the mixed pair).
Something you could try, is after you get the DQS message..instead of just loading defaults from BIOS, just Save & Exit and see if you still get the message, or any messages in Windows (e.g. BSOD's) referencing memory.
