Windows Apps open very slowly?

There is a worm, Windows just found it in my pc after it shut down unexpectedly. But whats funny is that Nod32 didn't detect it.

Yeah, was the AV Database updated? I would download AVG right now, update and do a full system scan.

Yeah, it is updated.

So uninstall the Nod32 trial version and use AVG?
