Default will this ram work with my MB?

i have an asus p7h55m-pro. specs for memory say ddr3 2133(OC), 1333, 1066

i want to get kingston hyperx 2x2gb ram but its rated 1600.. would this work? will the ram work at a slower speed or will i have to overclock it..

Yes, you will have to overclock to 1600. But that isn't hard. I have 1066 RAM overclocked to 1600.

The ram will also be able to run at slower speeds than 1600. It can be overclocked or underclocked.
