Exclamation Wierd Resolutions

Just recently I formatted my computer and installed winxp pro and installed the latest drivers for my 8800gt and when I go to adjust my screen res to the highest it says 1680 by 2074 and I have a 22inch monitor and the next one down is 1024 by 768 if anyone knows anything about this that would be greatly appreciated!
