I didn't think mine was THAT bad? Jeeeeez I thought the higher the number like 8200 or whatver meant the better the card is? Clearly I was mistaken.

It's a newer card, but it doesn't mean it's better. An '09 stock corvette is newer than an 08' ZR01 but isn't better. Same with your setup. The 8200 is newer than a 7900gs, but it isn't better. You'll be much better off for gaming with a new dedicated gpu.
