Well Actually I know that .. but what I wanted to ask is can I set them all at a same Speed ?

they technically should show up as 1.25gb of pc2100. try reseating the ram

SO Should/can I lower the Speed of Other Modules ?

Issue is With the one of the Elpida modules.May be one of the Banks is DEAD.
