Oh oops. I just sprayed it on and wiped it quickly, I guess that was ok.

well the only thing i can really think of is one of the power connectors was slightly askew, or the 11th time putting the video card back in I put it in better lol

Haha! Well seating the VGA properly and doing it slowly will always help.
