Default Where is the scaling option in CCC? Trying to use TV for monitor.

When I use my TV for a monitor there is a border around the TV that is no being used up. It's about a 1/2 inch all the way around.

In the previous versions of CCC for my ATI card there was an option to scale the picture to fit the TV. I updated my CCC to the most recent, well 9.10 that is. I cannot seem to find this option any where.

Any help would be great! Thanks

EDIT: I found it. Not sure why I over looked this before! A mod can delete this post or lock it up! Go ahead you know you want to!
