Question When mouse is moved seems to speed up PC

I had a weird question for you guys that is been perplexing me and everyone I ask about it. It seems that when I move my mouse that it actually speeds up the loading speed of a page or loading of a program like PS CS5 or similar. Has anyone noticed their computer doing anything like that?

Are you sure you're not just tricking yourself into thinking its going faster by occupying your wait time and giving yourself something to do?

I tend to do this frequently while waiting for something to load; I'll move my cursor around the screen in a counter-clockwise circle or a figure-8.
