What's happening to my internet?

So up until around 2-3 weeks ago everythings been fine. However my internet just seems to cut out on my web browser along with both my room mates. Web pages just don't load. However anygames we have up still are working if we are streaming something it still goes. Just webpages die out and it's incredibly annoying. I reset both my modem and router. Just keeps doing it.

It sounds like it might be a DNS issue.

I would first check speedtest.net just to make sure that speed isn't being impacted. It doesn't sound like it should be.

Are you familiar with the ping command? A quick way to test is to ping an ip like 4.2.2.2 and then a domain name like www.yahoo.com. If the IP is fine but the domain name isn't pinging then there's a problem with DNS and you might want to try setting a different DNS server. The other thing to look at is your hosts file.
