Default what's the deal with Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E4300

I've been using amd processors for years as they were faster. now I noticed that the trend is changing. I got a computer with an Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E4300.

how does that compare to an amd 4600 which is what I have now?

please don't comment if you are trying to start an amd vs intel war. I'm trying to get some info about this processer.

At stock speeds the X2 4600+ is a little ahead. But comparing overclocked speeds, the E4300 wins.

Of course a higher FSB is better.
